2009 Grant Awards
The following organizations received environmental grant awards:
Meunkatuck Audubon Society was awarded $900 for the purchase of spotting scope, tripod, digital camera and 15 binoculars for use in New Haven schools.
Housatonic Valley Association was awarded $1000 for the training of volunteers for Macroinvertebrate Sampling Program for 4 streams not otherwise sampled.
