SWEP-CT is pleased to announce our fourth virtual meeting, on June 8, 2020 from 11:30-12:30. Again, this is a member-only event, but members may invite guests. As essential and non-essential businesses reopen their doors, or expand their workforces, what potential liabilities lurk for the unwary?  What obligations do employers have to their employees, vendors, and customers?  This program will outline some of the major elements of a Return To Workplace Plan and will answer some of the more prevalent questions concerning employer/employee interactions in a COVID-19 world.

Our panel will consist of:

  • Robert Levandoski – President of Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions, LLC. He is a Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
  • John Bashaw – Stockholder of Reid and Riege, P.C. He is an Environmental, Land Use and Energy attorney, with more than 32 years of experience practicing before state, local and federal agencies and courts.
  • Adam Boston – Stockholder of Reid and Riege, P.C. He is an Employment Law and Employee Benefits attorney with more than 15 years of experience representing small to large business owners, commercial entities and large scale institutions.

You will receive the meeting log-in information with your registration confirmation. We look forward to seeing you on June 8.
