CTDEEP Draft Release-Based Program Regulations – Question Development

SWEP held a member working session on January 10, 2024, to discuss and solicit feedback on the draft “Release-Based Clean Up Program.” Before the formal regulatory review/adoption process starts, there will be an initial opportunity for questions and comments by the Working Group, which are due by February 6, 2024, and February 29, 2024, respectively.  The questions will be addressed by CTDEEP during the Release-Based Working Group meeting held on February 13, 2024, at 1:00 pm

SWEP-CT will be meeting in person on January 23, 2024, to continue discussing the draft regulations and develop a list of questions on behalf of our membership to help inform this process. Please join us at BL Companies’ office and bring your questions.

Additionally, DEEP will be providing a presentation to SWEP members on the draft “Release-Based Clean Up Program on February 1, 2024. A separate event announcement will be sent to register.
