SWEP-CT: Lunch-and-Learn: Leadership Lunch-and-Learn

SWEP-CT invites its members to attend a lunch-and-learn session with Larisa Kottke, President and CEO of Leadership Greater Hartford (LGH), one of the nation’s most programmatically diverse community leadership organizations. Grounded in LGH’s core pillars of effective teams—psychological safety, shared purpose, and clear expectations—this session will explore how women’s leadership strengths show up in real-world settings. Together, we’ll dig into the courage leadership requires: clarifying values, embracing vulnerability, and building trust across teams and sectors. Larisa will also draw on proven leadership practices to offer practical tools for strengthening your voice, supporting others, and leading with greater confidence in complex environments.

Larisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a Master of Public Administration from University of Connecticut. She is a graduate of LGH’s Quest Program and a recipient of 40 Under Forty honors from both the Hartford Business Journal and Connecticut Magazine. Since joining LGH in 2017, she has advanced through multiple leadership roles, bringing a strategic and collaborative approach to developing, connecting, and inspiring leaders across sectors.  

Non-members are invited to join the program as well for a registration fee of $15. If you join SWEP-CT prior to the event, this fee will be waived.
